Our Xero Accreditation renews!

News, Xero,

We’ve been users (and fans!) of Xero for many years and are extremely confident that it offers significant time savings for clients. We’re therefore very pleased to have each renewed our certification as Xero advisors recently.

What does this mean for clients?

The accreditation proves that we have a solid understanding of the software that the majority of our clients use every day in their businesses, and that we use ourselves! It also proves that we keep ourselves up to date with the key Xero product changes, which we then pass on to all of you.

One of our priorities is to stay up to date and fully aware of developing opportunities for clients to find more time and more freedom from the mundane aspects of running their businesses. Staying up to date on the developments within the tech options supports that.

We’ve just published the details of the latest Xero Product Update, which you can see here.

You’re a Silver Partner firm, what does that mean?

This means that the firm is recognised by Xero as a Partner, and that we have the necessary experience and system knowledge for them to feel confident in our ability to support clients using their software.

The ‘Silver’ element purely reflects the number of clients that we have using Xero. There are firms out there at Gold and Platinum levels, and the difference is basically just that they have a greater number of clients using the software.

Contrary to the impression it may give, the level isn’t a reflection of greater knowledge or experience!

We don’t use Xero but are thinking about doing so. Can you help?

Absolutely! Chris also has the Xero Migration Certification, which means that he can help you through the entire process from deciding whether Xero is best for your business, to the switch from your current system to Xero. We also have access to any promotions Xero may be offering for reduced rate subscriptions, and can often arrange the migration of your data for the current and previous year into Xero at no cost.

  • Xero is great, but it isn’t necessarily right for every business, so we’ll help you be 100% sure.
  • Timing is important, as you don’t want to move but create complications when waiting a couple of months could make life easier.
  • With over 800 bolt-on Apps that work alongside Xero, there are lots of ways to make life easier, but also so many to choose from can be confusing. We can guide you to the ones that we know well, in many cases that we can help you get set up, and in some cases, that we can give you a licence for. From reducing data entry and saving you time, to managing your debtors, there are lots of ways Apps can be a huge benefit.
  • Xero’s training is superb, but sometimes it can help to have a little ‘real world’ support. We can provide that if you need it, getting you set up as efficiently as possible from the start, and are here to help as you progress too.

These are just a few examples of how we can help you get the most from a change of accounting system.  Please get in touch if you’re thinking about a move to Xero.
